To disable cookies, in the "Cookies" section choose "Prevent sites from setting data".

For Safari:

If it is not already open, start Safari.

Choose Safari> Preferences, then click on Privacy.

In the "Block cookies" section, specify whether Safari should accept cookies from websites and when.
